SHIPPING POLICY

We will try to ship your order out as soon as possible. We process orders the following day during our business hours Tuesday through Friday. As long as we are able to ship the order you've placed, we'll get it out for delivery ASAP. At the moment, we only offer USPS Priority Shipping which can take a couple of days. If we run into any issues, we will contact you via email to see how to proceed. We also run a brick and mortar with these very products so occasionally, we may run into an availability issue. You will not pay for items you will not receive, just keep in mind, there may be a circumstance that occurs in which a customer buys something in store before we are able to collect it to ship to you. We hope you understand our small growing pains we have with this process and we sincerely appreciate you stopping by to see what we have, regardless! 

RETURN POLICY

We will accept returns with the tag still attached, in the same condition it was received - unwashed and unworn. You must notify brickhousegardensinc@gmail.com if you wish to return your item within 48 hours of the receiving date via USPS tracking. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once Brickhouse Flowers receives the returnable merchandise and accepts the return, your card will be refunded the amount for the merchandise only. If you happen to be in the area, we accept returns with the same conditions - tags attached, unwashed, unworn - within 15 days of receiving for a full merchandise refund. We accept in-person returns within 30 days for store credit in the same condition. 

PAYMENT METHOD

Currently, we accept all major credit cards for payment processing via our website. If you have a gift certificate, that can only be used for in-store purchases. We do not accept checks or cash for online orders.
