We will try to ship your order out as soon as possible. We process orders the following day during our business hours Tuesday through Friday. As long as we are able to ship the order you've placed, we'll get it out for delivery ASAP. At the moment, we only offer USPS Priority Shipping which can take a couple of days. You will receive a tracking number when your order has been shipped. If we run into any issues, we will contact you via email to see how to proceed. We hope you understand our small growing pains we have with this process and we sincerely appreciate you stopping by to see what we have, regardless!
We get it - not everything you get online is going to fit like you wanted or work out in the space had in mind - whatever the case - we've all been there. Here is our return policy:
*Items are returned for store credit only.
*Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
*Returns will be accepted in original condition only. Items must be unworn (other than try-on), unwashed, free of any scent, and original tags attached. If items appear worn, have any stains (make-up, deodorant, etc.), smell of smoke or pets, your return will NOT be accepted as we cannot resell items in that state. Your item(s) will be returned to you at your expense and the full return shipping cost will be charged to you.
*If you still want to return your item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days of receiving items and returned items must be received back to us within 30 days of order date. After 30 days, we will not process a return and will not return merchandise to you and will consider it a donation to us.
*Once your return has been accepted, we will issue your store credit.
*Damaged items must be reported via email within 2 days of receiving item per tracking info supplied. Please include a picture of the damaged item in your email to email@example.com. Brickhouse Flowers is not responsible for anything damaged once worn, washed, or used.
*Items NOT eligible for any return: Camis, basic tanks, bodysuits, jewelry, socks, any items purchased on sale or with a discount, and any items not purchased directly from our official site.
*Should you need to cancel your order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org immediately. We will accept cancelled orders if we have not shipped the item yet. Your cancelled order will be refunded 95% of the original charge.

Currently, we accept all major credit cards for payment processing via our website. If you have a paper gift certificate, that can only be used for in-store purchases at our brick-and-mortar store.
We do not accept checks or cash for online orders.
